Founder of EBC, a business aiming to empower leaders and teams to leverage diversity, equity and inclusion to drive high performance.
Partnering with companies to improve employee engagement, growth and progression in the organisation and more diverse leadership teams, as well as retention and attraction of talent.
We develop training/facilitation programmes & power dose workshops, offer 121 coaching to everyone in the workplace in order to drive high performing growth teams, as well as offer consultancy around organisational design and creating people-first cultures in scaling organisations.
